I was in a hurry just off of one flight about to head into another flight and in my haste I forgot my luggage on the shuttle. When I came back five minutes later it appears that somebody had taken it. JP at the parking spot one searched and searched and finally found it and gave me a call four days later. What a great human.

The staff is always helpful - it's really nice to get off a 10-hour flight and have the driver notice you hustling along the sidewalk because he had just slowly passed before you walked out. It's also a really nice touch when it's so hot out to have the attendant offer cold water to you as you're leaving.

Love you guys - staff always friendly and there to help, bus always timely and drivers usually very friendly and helpful. Your prices have gotten a bit high, would appreciate better discounts as travel frequently and always use PS2.
