Service is great, shuttle is reliable, check in and check out is great, and the price is right. The only negative is that the parking spots are too close to each other, and the steel columns for the covered parking are too close to the car. Difficult to open doors.

This was our first time using The Parking Spot. It was a nice experience.

I liked the ease of showing the QR code, the gate opens and the attendant directed me to the row I should park in; the shuttle driver had my card ready for the location of my car for the return.

The only thing that would be good, is to be able to be dropped off in front of the airline you will be flying out on. I saw other van/shuttles do a quick drop off and on to the next airline. Perhaps you are unable to do so, but it would be nice rather than walking from the drop-off.

Ease and convenience of parking and airport pickup

covered parking. fairly convenient. However, it seems like we had to wait quite awhile for you to arrive at airport while other company's vans were coming and going.

Pick up from the parking spot and from the airport have always been fast, never have to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle. Shuttle drivers have always been friendly and helpful. Will continue to use The Parking Spot North every time I fly out of BWI due to great service and a fair price.

One suggested improvement for the App - show an acknowledgement and make it clear when you ask for a pickup using the app. The map and location of vans works well, but would help to have a clear acknowledgement that you are ready for pick up. Thank you.

I’m like how I get picked up & dropped off right at my vehicle and typically I do not have to wait long until a shuttle comes to pick me up.

The shuttles are always very timely to pick up at the facility and airport. I enjoy the ability to park in the premium lot too, the only downside right now has been that the exit door is always open, and it is not climate controlled like usual.

When picking up our car in subzero weather on a very late arrival, our car wouldn't start. The Parking Spot staff was extremely kind and helpful.

It is quick, easy, and cost effective. I appreciate the door to door service of the shuttles. Straight from my car to the terminal and returned back to my car when my trip is completed. Extremely convenient!!!

Quick and easy way to get to and from the airport.

Service enetering Parking Spot was fine. On my return trip. I went to pay and the kiosk sat there and indicated processing for 5 minutes before I had to get someone to help. Upon talking to someone at midnight, they indicated they were having issues with this kiosk, but failed to close the lane. I had to back up and proceed to another lane to pay and leave.
If the attendant knew there were issues with that lane they should have closed it so no one had to back up and go to another lane.
What a pain at that time, when you just want to go home.
