I like the quick pick-up at my vehicle with drop off at the terminal. Then of course on the return to have the drop off back to my vehicle. The staff was very nice. The shuttles I rode on were clean.

I like the covered parking and the price is not bad either. We did have a hard time figuring out how to get out as I didn’t read the instructions before we came back. All in all it was a good experience.

You gave good directions online. You did what you said you’d do. Pick up at car; losd suitcase; drop off at airlines; I kept the card they told me to keep and called tomlet them know I was at the baggage claim; they and a sign outside told me where to wait; the bus came and delivered me back to my car. Everyone I met was pleasant and kind. This is my first time doing all of this by myself. And I did it!! Thank you for a positive experience!!

Your WEST Team is really amazing. I have noticed a big difference in the last few months. From the people greeting you when you drive in and help you with the screens early in the morning to our pick up drive last Saturday. HE was AMAZING. I cant remember his name but he had a cool piece of pottery looking water bottle and he was the best Parking Spot driver I have ever had! I should have tipped him more, as he lifted my BIG 62 lbs suitcase. Keep up the good work WEST TEAM
