I had reserved and paid beforehand, so I just scanned a QR code at entry, spoke to an attendant to find a parking slot, and parked. 11 days later, I returned, got the shuttle from the terminal to my car, scanned the QR code at the exit, and left. Easy in, easy out.

Shuttle bus drivers were waiting for us both leaving and returning and were very friendly and helpful in getting our bags into the shuttle and into our vehicle on our return.

Drivers are super helpful and always a bus waiting at pick up on the way home and everyone is always in a hurry to get home.

Upon arrival, Check in was a little challenging. The QR code I was emailed the day before arrival wasn’t working.
And then the clerk tried to insist it had already been used. After a bit of unpleasant exchange the clerk went inside and came out with another QR code that let me in. A week later at check out, I went back to my original registration email QR code and it worked correctly to check me out but when I requested it print my receipt, it gave me someone else receipt and member # not my correct receipt. Luckily the email receipt I received was my member #.

The Parking Spot made flying much easier. The shuttle promptly picked up and drop off was just as quick. I will definitely go there again
