Parking was very good. The shuttle was quick once we parked but it was about a 15-20 minute wait when we arrived back.

Prices good, offer savings several times per year, each driver we encountered has been helpful with bag and friendly. BUT, on 12/12/25 we had to wait for 45 minutes for a South Lot bus to pick us up at DFW.

We have been using this lot for many years. It is very close to my home so makes it easy and quick to get there. The process is very easy to work through to get the dates and times that I need. The drivers have always been very kind and helpful, especially with all of the baggage they have to lift daily! My only thing about the lot is that I think they spaces need to be a bit bigger. Sometimes it takes a few extra maneuvers to get the car into the space. This is a small thing, considering how close to home it is and the convenience!

I had a great experience with The Parking Spot in Orlando, Florida. The shuttle service was quick and efficient, and the drivers were friendly and helpful with luggage. Check-in and pick-up were smooth, making the whole process stress-free. The facility felt secure and well organized, which gave me peace of mind while traveling. I would definitely use The Parking Spot again and recommend it to anyone flying out of Orland.

We were provided wonderful service by our driver Byron who helped us when our car would not start in the sub zero weather. His shift was over but he stayed on and made sure that we were good to go after many attempts at getting our battery charged. He brought us the necessary tools to charge the battery and spent at least 30 minutes helping us. He is a valuable employee and we most appreciated him!

Always a decent experience. Appreciate the discounts for frequent use. The app is great. The staff super friendly.
