Getting to airport and back on time

However on this trip, I prepaid, pulled into the parking lot exactly on time, followed the signs to park, got out of my car and stood behind my car for 20 minutes without a shuttle coming to pick me up. This has never happened before. I finally called and they sent a shuttle to pick me (and others) up. By the time we pick up all of the others - it had been 31 minutes from when I entered the parking lot to when we left he parking lot. Thank goodness I allow extra time when I fly because that is way longer then we have ever needed before.

My experiences have always been positive, efficient, and friendly. This has proven to be by far a better experience and rate than PIT...I just wish I had done this sooner.
