Your "Fly" location is very close to the airport with easy access in & out. The shuttle was very timely & clean. Drivers were friendly & our return driver went above & beyond! I wish I had remembered his name to share with you. The free car wash on the way out was a very nice added bonus.
It is very convenient to drop your car off l and you don’t have to worry about it and there’s somebody there to pick you up going and coming. I would always recommend spot.

I appreciate how friendly and accommodating the staff is at this lot. I much prefer this specific parking spot lot over the other ones at the IAH airport. I even appreciated how staff helped me start up my car after the battery went out on it

I love the fact that I don't have to wait too long for the shuttle buses to take me from the structure to the airport and from the airport to the structure.
Easy to access and reserve. Anticipating the new covered area.
Quick pick up and drop off at the terminals.
What I don't like are the conditions of the fleet of vans. The ride is rough and jaw racking.
Also the pickups at Terminal A. The vans can't go from Terminal A to Terminals B & C without going all the way out of the loop and coming back in past the old Terminal A.

Over all a good experience with the Parking Spot. The team members a great. My only complaint was waiting for the shuttle to the lot. We had to wait for 40 minutes as 3 shuttles that stopped were full. Finally able to get onto the 4th.

We love the convenience of scheduling our trips with no need to find a ride to and from the airport. We have not had any issues when we've left our vehicle and returned from our trips. The rewards program is an added plus. The drivers are alway helpful and courteous, especially for the early morning flights. We recommend The Parking Spot to our family and friends who travel often and not so often.
Two drivers so considerate about loading my luggage. The man that loaded my luggage for my departure and the lady that helped me off the bus and offloaded my luggage when I got home (exhausted).

The drivers are incomparable - arrive at my parking space quickly, load & unload my luggage, keep the vans cool in summer & warm in winter, pick me up at door # 10 within 8 minutes, all while being personable! Thanks!
My only continuing suggestion is to mount solar panels on the Covered Parking roofs to help our energy grid.

It was easy to book my reservation. The attendants were friendly and knowledge. I like have the human contact to assist in locating open slots. The shuttle arrived quickly, the driver assisted in loading the luggage. On return again the driver assisted in off loading the luggage. Check-out went smoothly. Great Work!!
