easy pick up and delivery to airport
I actually do recommend the parking spot to my friends. I have never had to wait very long for a shuttle. The shuttles are brightly colored and easily recognizable. This past week in Atlanta, my driver was Jerome. He cheerfully loaded my bag onto the shuttle and then unloaded it at the airport. His driving skills were excellent.
Check in and checkout are a breeze with the free app.
The speed and effectiveness of the shuttles staff, they were friendly and helpful.

I like that since I've pre-paid, I can exit the lot with a quick scan of my ticket and be on my way!

My experience at your Century structure was a next level. I will definitely come back. I had to tell my husband in a MBA program as an excellent case study for customer experience. Despite of some short comings I experienced (will be mentioned later), I was so impressed, it overrode those negative experiences. Let me explain how your parking on Century stands out compared to your competitors.

- easy to find the entrance (your users are in a hurry.)
- easy to enter with the simple email with a QR code (I had issues with getting in at other businesses, especially for pre-paid)
- personalized welcome message (I felt welcomed, and your business cares about me.)
- sense of security by the four (two for in, two for out) gates for the rooftop parking (uncover, most economic.. I was worried about security until I saw the numerous gates!)
- clean (huge positive message translated as security and care for my car)
- complementary water at the exit (saw it for the first time)
[the negative]
- I got lost on the first floor. (The floor plan is a bit complicated for the first time visitor who is lost and the ramp is not steep enough for me to identify which way I should drive to get to the bottom of the ramp. It took me a courage to decide to head toward the exit, hoping I wouldn’t get forced to exit.)
- We (three of us in a separate vehicle) weren’t sure how to exit the structure on foot to get to Hilton Hotel. Ended up walking the backside of the hotel where it wasn’t really for pedestrians.)
Your excellence exceeds the shortcomings, honestly. However, my negative experiences can be easily improved by better signage. I still come back to your parking as is. I still recommend your business to my family and friends. But, I would appreciate even more if you would consider my suggestion.
Pickup and drop off near our vehicle. CMH did away with the Blue parking lot which did this.

Our shuttle driver for our Pittsburgh airport pickup to TPS on the night of 2/6 was AMAZING! I forgot his name but he kind of reminded me of the comedian Marc Maron. Anyway, he got our group of 10 and all luggage back to our cars safely and quickly. We had two very old senior citizens with us and one 88 year old requires a walker. Our driver was very patient and helpful. It was a very long and rough travel day from Orlando back to Pittsburgh but he made things easier in the end. We were and still are very appreciative.

Covered parking is key in Pitt in the winter. Drop off/pickup location is very easy at the new terminal. Great service!
Reasonable prices, quick shuttle turnaround with low waiting time, courteous and efficient shuttle drivers, clean shuttles, and well-maintained, safe facilities.
The driver picked me up as soon as I pulled into the parking lot and almost immediately after I arrived at the pickup station.
I want to compliment the staff at the KCI Parking Spot. I flew home to a dead battery in my car. They jump started the car for me right away and gave me good directions to get around all the construction at KCI and got me home safely. They were my guardian angels for sure!!

Everything went smooth; no unpleasant/unexpected events that would cause anxiety when
trying to catch a plane.
I do not fly much at all; and so I am rusty with the latest ways of doing things and really bad with technology.
On my arrival a nice lady came to help me with where I needed to be and what I needed to do.
Same way with the departure; I had to ask for help as I didn't understand how to get my receipt when I couldn't get the "print receipt" button to work.
He explained that when it was gray, I would receive my receipt by email.
The shuttle drivers were very helpful and pleasant to someone who is confused.
Love the color/markings on the shuttle buses with the bright yellow and black "spots".
The signs were well marked so one could easily tell if they were getting on the "South" or
"West" route.
