It’s easy to make reservations online, pick-up is easy any time of day. My last experience, when I was picked up at the Pittsburgh airport very late last Thursday, February 5, the gentleman who was there to pick us up, wasn’t very helpful. He never came down the step to assist loading our luggage on the van. Another customer assisted me with a very heavy suitcase that had been damaged on the flight. When he delivered me to my vehicle, I asked for his assistance loading my bags into the car. He wasn’t happy to be asked, but I needed the help. He begrudgingly helped.
This was not typical service I’ve come to expect from The parking Spot.
Hopefully next time will be better.

Easy reservation through the app. Quick entry and direction to assigned parking. The shuttle was there before my car was turned off. Luggage handled for me. Dropped at the airport in minutes. The return was just as easy! Game changer and I'll never park anywhere else.
I love how easy it is to book prepaid parking in advance. You can easily update reservations through the app, and the check-in and out process is also super easy.

There is always an open premium spot available when I need one. I never have to wait more than five minutes for the shuttle after I land.
Frequent buses for delivery and pickup. I would like to see some type of text in app to notify Parking Spot I am ready to be picked up at the airport verses having to call and tell someone I am the the airport for pickup (like put my ticket number in a text to identify to bring my car up for return).

It’s easy to set up. The facility is clean and well lit. The bus pickup is quick.
Shuttle availability even in the middle of the night.
Pick up and drop off at vehicle not “aisle”. Drivers are very helpful and don’t leave u stranded. Fred G helped us load our luggage and made sure car started in sub zero temps before pulling away.
