I don't usually use the Atlanta Parking Spot. This location was convenient and safe. The ride to the airport was efficient. I didn't have to wait long for the shuttle from airport to the car. Happy with this park and ride.
On my recent return to BWI my car was iced in from recent snow. The shuttle drivers (special callout to Steven Taylor) went above and beyond and shoveled my car out. Now that's good service! They were so nice about it too.

I have parked here about 10 times over the years and have always been pleased. This time I was VERY disappointed because your plow pushed snow under the back of my car that turned to ice immediately because of the historic cold. At no time in the next 10 days did anyone try to remedy this. So it took this almost 80 year old an hour of chipping etc to free the car.
Steven did help at first but his metal shovel broke and he had to leave to make his rounds. I was left at a far away space (D400) to go to your shed to find another shovel, an aluminum bar and a small bag of ice melt.
Steven came back a second time but again had to leave before I was free. Just after I was free another bus driver stopped to help but was not needed. He did take back your tools.
Next storm please make sure you have not made things WORSE for your Parker’s. A little effort before ice became sold would have saved me a lot of trouble. Name removed Email address removed
