This time, everything went smoothly. The only surprise is when I arrived, the entrance was blocked with traffic cones. I paused a while wondering what to do when finally someone came out and asked if I had a reservation. I did so she let me in. I drove around to the last parking spot, which was an extremely tight fit between an SUV and a large post. I was probably 2-3 inches from each to squeeze in.

Parking is easy, the shuttles are frequent, and the drivers are all helpful and professional.
Quick drop off to airport as well as pick up. They had our vehicle ready to go when we arrived back from out trip. They absolutely took care of us when my husband left his phone on the shuttle as they dropped us off at the airport. We called them and within a short time they delivered the phone back to us and saved the day!
