On it! From the moment we got into the parking lot to the moment we drove away! These lovely people were there to support you getting parked, giving you your parking spot tabs (so you remember your lot and spot and QR to get out), getting you to the airport on time and picking you up after! No disappointments at all! We had friendly service with no delays at all! We definitely would use The Parking Spot again!

VERY LIKELY
I arrived at 2 AM and went to start my car and the battery was dead. They were so helpful and had someone come and jump my car immediately. I really appreciate them!
I was a business trip in Chicago and I got an email about my car having a flat tire. I wasn’t arriving home until midnight that night. My daughter call the TPS-North and explain the situation and the staff was so kind to her. She asked if she could come and change the tire for me and they said she could. I am greatful for my daughter and coworker for doing this as well very greatful for the staff allowing my daughter to do this so I didn’t have to deal with in the wee hours of the morning. Thank you again and I would definitely recommend the North spot.

Good discounts. Fast pick up from the airport
We are picked up right away once we park the car. Taking directly to our plane flight.
Even though there was a mixup when we landed eventually, we got a ride back to the parking spot and dropped off at our car

Easy to reserve a spot, friendly & helpful drivers, quick return rides and simple self-check out. Great job! Thank you!
