The app is easy to use, the drivers were courteous and on time and we had great service. And someone running the snowplow stopped and scrape the snow off our vehicle. That was very appreciated!

I've always had a positive experience with The Parking Spot Haynes. They take good care of my car and are quick to drop off and pick up. I also love when I get back they have my car running either cooling off in the summer or heating it up in the winter. I will continue to use them whenever I travel.
Convenience. Although I must say this time we had to wait 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up at the lot and to pick us up at the airport. Plus the driver who picked us up at the airport was not helping with luggage. This all was not our usual treatment from The Spot. We will use again hoping this was just an unusual time. If it happens again we will go elsewhere.
