I arrived back from an overseas trip with an injured leg. The attendant was very helpful in assisting my wife to fetch our car to the front and load our luggage. He also brought us bottles of water. We have used this facility many times in the past and have always found it convenient and clean, and the shuttle to the airport is reliable.

Now, I have the *Parking Spot* APP - on my Phone for Future scenarios.

Easy to use. I love that the shuttle comes to my car to pick me up and send me home.
I DON'T like that when the app wouldn't come up on my phone, the man in the booth growled that he couldn't help me and made a needlessly unpleasant fuss about getting me to back up. I had finally got him to listen that I'd made my reservation months ago and I'd appreciate help. He softened his tone and suggested I try to find an email containing the QR code. I was able to find it. Note to self: take a screen shot of the QR code in the future and remember the booth guy isn't as helpful as shuttle drivers. Come to think of it, maybe I should consider a different parking lot...

Prompt pickup to and from airport and extremely helpful staff. From the gate attendant to the driver they lift my spirits.

The drivers are pleasant and courteous. On our last trip, the young man who picked us up at the airport picked up our bags, loaded them, and when we arrived at our car, he loaded them into the trunk for us!

Easy to book and use the App to enter/exit with very little hassle. Ability to mark your spot and to track where the shuttles are when you return.
