We love the Parking Spot! Reasonably priced and I appreciate the rewards program for free nights! I also appreciate the driver picking you up and taking you back to your car. The water bottles at the exit are a nice touch too! Wouldn’t park anywhere else!

Great location and convenience and very safe

The drivers are very nice and helpful. You are very close to the airport, if you pay ahead of time it is a breeze to get through the gates, plus the reward of paying ahead of time to get a discount is very nice!! Sometimes I think the spaces are too small but I know they probably are not.. I would totally refer the parking lot to anyone!

Close to airports

I must provide some context. I drove my car to the Parking Spot in Phoenix so that I could pick up a rental car for a group trip I planned. In my car was a cooler full if food as well as camp chairs a table etc... that I needed to transfer from my car to the rental car. In both cases the attendants were super accommodating and helped me through the gate process seamlessly. I was allowed to transfer all of the stuff needed. It all worked out wonderfully. They were super customer friendly and I am eternally grateful for their assistance. I would say the drivers weren't so accommodating. The fist driver refused to take me to arrivals and the second one yelled at me for not having a special card that I've never seen. I had no bags for them to schlep and remained calm. I know my circumstances were a little different than they were used to which might have thrown them off. The facilities were nice and well kept. My car was covered for the entire time, which was great. I felt that my car would be safe there and it was. Drivers aside, I'd totally recommend this place. After all, the drivers did get me to my destination and back in one piece and their driving was good.
