have had to make the call in the first place.

Conveniently located, secure, prompt delivery and pickup, and fairly priced.

I liked that someone immediately told us where to park and he came right to us to help put in our baggage. Also, pickup was a breeze and drop off the same.
I do think that you are a little expensive considering the area, but I really like your coupons for percentages off. We will be back on Feb. 18th and hope to have the same, wonderful experience with you.

I love booking within the app and using it for check in and check out.

The wait for the shuttle going and coming from the airport was a little longer this time than past experiences but was still within 15 min probably each way.

I always feel very safe on the shuttle as well as getting back to my car within the secured gated parking lot. This is something very important to me.

The location is also great close to the airport but not too close where I hit traffic getting to the lot.

I flight Southwest and The Parking Spot East is easy to get in and out of and reasonably priced.
