I will say that I don't understand the policy that says I'm able to change the end time up to 1 hour before if I'm going to be charged top dollar for it. Given flight delays that could come up a lot.

The bus picks us up right at our car, and takes us to the airline. It is done very quickly. When we return, the bus is there quickly, and we are back at the car, and out of the facility very quickly. Very stress free.
I always use the Parking Spot when it's in the city I fly out of. Convenient, and a great price. But your shuttle drivers and customer service folks are top drawer. Especially driver Deb who picked me up when I was returning home. She was great
