Fast and efficient!
Friendly drivers and usually fast pickup at the parking lot. Not real consistent with that though. Very convenient for parking and pickup at the airport.

I like the idea of an enclosed parking space for my car when I’m traveling. The shuttles to and from the airport are excellent—the drivers are helpful beyond their expected job. My favorite is The Parking Spot #1, which is closest to the Atlanta Airport. I’ve used the auto detailing service once, to my great satisfaction.

I like the app and the ease of reserving a space. It’s also easy to scan to check in/out and to autopay. The only issue I had was trying to tip the driver. It wouldn’t go through. I tried several times, but got an error message, and then found out it actually went through twice.

Upon arriving at my destination, I realized that I had not shut my car door. I called in to Parking Spot 3, and the employee, a lady (I believe her name started with a C), was so kind to ask someone to check my vehicle and shut my door! It was so nice of them to do so, and it gave me a sense of relief that I would not return to a car with a dead battery!!!

Parking at the Fly parking spot was very easy and convenient. Buses were available at all times which made my return to Atlanta on a very cold day lets frustrating. I would use this spot again.
