The service is excellent

The long red hair lady came out of the booth and helped me with every question I had. I was nervous at first since this was my first time using the parking spot. But she was so fantastic, friendly and helpful that she eased my tension and showed me exactly what to do. The next process of parking and the bus picking me up was just as simple and stress free. I will be recommending and using the parking spot for all my airport parking in the future. It also saved my company over half of what airport parking would have been... actually it was about a third of the airport parking price! ALL IN ALL- GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOVE LOVE LOVED THE LADY WITH THE LONG RED HAIR, WE even joked and laughed together!

This location has the best customer service from all employees. I have been parking here for a few years now and wouldn’t park anywhere else. The price is usually right and the service is top notch.

Easy and quick

Promptness, undercover, convieniient

Spot parking does a great job of picking up and delivering you to DIA. The garage covers your car adequate for the weather and there are no pipes for birds to rest on and poop on your car. The only issue is that there covered parking customers have to drive through a maze to get to the covered lot and then when you are returning you go through another maze to exit. The covered area of the parking is not marked well for exiting and requires driving around looking for the way out.

Quick pickup on arrival and for return from the airport. And cold water bottles are always appreciated.

Very easy to use, but I wanted to report an issue we had with this tri.
The kiosk did not recognize our reservation for covered self-parking and would not raise the gate until we finally selected an option that let us in. Then, when we were leaving the facility, it would not recognize it either. An agent had to assist to let us out.
That is the first time we have had an issue. I hope it was a one-time glitch that has been corrected.

Last time I was there, I needed some help from the guys working at the gate and all the time they were nice and helpful. I really appreciated the help they gave to get in and out.

That one was the 2nd times I have been there for saving my car and all the times until now, the staff that I have could interactive have been wonderful, included the bus drivers.

The 1st time when I went there on August, 2025 was to know how that Spot 2 works. So, since I felt my car safe and the staff was very nice too, I decided to return a 2nd time. Even, getting the reservations by the web have been easy and fast.

I am very satisfied with the treatment I have received so far. Thank you to all of you.

The Parking Spot is very convenient and affordable. The staff is always friendly, regardless of how early or late one might get there, and the busses come very quickly to pick up at your car. When you arrive at the terminal upon return, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for there to be a bus to bring me to my car.

Its a great service. Just park your car and someone is waiting there to pick you and your luggage up. Takes less than 10 minutes to get to the airport and is half the price for parking. Drivers and gate keepers were very polite and helpful.
