To my Wallet. Covered parking. Convenient location to airport. Minimal waiting time for shuttle
Upon return - usually. The app that shows the location of shuttles. The drivers are helpful and friendly (the majority). One negative is the rough ride in the buses. It’s like there is no suspension system sometimes.

We firs twent to the West side pick up. There was a line. So, we went to the East Side where the bus picks up first. We got on and then went to the West side where the line was long and not all were able to get on.

I feel that it was easy to arrange the parking and once in the lot it was easy to get the bus to the airport. The driver Chris Jr. was very friendly and helpful answering all my questions so I understand the what I had to do when I returned. When returning it also was very easy
