I did have one problem. For some reason, when I exited and scanned my QR code, it was accepted but the gate would not open and I had to start over and use my credit card. I tried several times to get it to work and all of this took quite a bit of time. However, the employee who had just gone into the booth where I was never offered to help me even though there was no other customer there. She had to have seen that I was having trouble since she passed right in front of me and the gate had never opened.
Everything else was great but I do wish this location offered car washes.

I do like the shuttle and curbside service, however, when I saw that parking in the Midway lot was cheaper, I thought about parking there instead. I'll need to do some research as to why park with you if Midway is cheaper.

Parking Spot is easy to book online reservations. I know when I come back to Phoenix, PS shuttle is there within a few minutes. PS is very convenient to use.

Fast, friendly early morning pick up in the lot. The bus has actually been waiting at Door 4 at BDL on my last 3 flight returns. The drivers are incredible in every way. I'm using the express checkout via the app now but I am noticing folks having A LOT of trouble trying to exit with their cards at the gate.

I like how safe and secure my car was. I just don’t like the size of the parking spots themselves. They’re a tight fit. Other than that, no complaints.
