Parking Spot 2 is my go to parking spot. They are always right there to pick you up as soon as you arrive. I really appreciate that. This place is very professional and will definitely call you back if you have any problem. I can honestly say they will do whatever to make it right . I know sometimes things will not always be right but, knowing your parking somewhere that you know they care about your concern and will do anything to make it right speaks volumes. I recently got a call back from Cheryl for an issue I had and she was very pleasant. I really felt like she genuinely cared and she made me feel very good by the end of the call. She showed true leadership skills and I will never forget how she showed so much empathy . You all have the right person for the job. I would recommend Parking Spot 2 to anyone . They really do care. I love the self service check in and out. It’s quick and easy. I don’t have to wait long to be picked up to and back from the airport. I suggest that they have a stop closer to southwest baggage claim so we don’t have to pull our luggage so far up the terminal. Doors 7-10 is too far away from southwest baggage claim doors 1-5.

Friendly, helpful drivers. Minimal waiting time for shuttles. Clean shuttles. Great overall value.

I like that the parking spot buses come at regular intervals and that there is water upon depature.

It is easy and convenient to use. The Shuttle runs efficiently and, for the most part, the drivers are courteous and professional. Of course, cost can always be improved by costing less than more but with inflation being what it is, one has to understand that prices must remain competitive.
