the lady that was working at the gate on Sunday sep1st night into Sept 2nd morning was extremely good with customer service.
we got some flight changes and got through a different airport, took an Uber to the Hobby Parking Spot 2, while it was raining she helped my family to locate the vehicle, stay dry and even provided some bottles of water. definitely will keep using them

I have used Parking Spot 2 several times and recommended to my friends. the reservations are easy and seamless. For my last appointment, I made an error in my reservation. When I checked out, the attendant was so very helpful and took care of my issue immediately and painlessly. She was SO kind. I am sorry I did not get her name.
I had an issue when I parked in July, 2023. Two attendants, Danielle and Dewayne, took care of my problems quickly and perfectly! Please know the problems were created and caused by me and my anxiety when I have to fly. I appreciate the ease and convenience of parking at your facility!
