Departing and return drivers were great, no wait!

Great customer service because we were impacted by Delta's issues and we didn't get back to Atlanta until almost 4 AM. With almost no wait at all the courtesy shuttle was there to get us.

Easy to use!! The shuttle drivers are amazing!

Directions to parking spot were given to us by the attendant upon checkin. Bus immediately picked us up and took us to the terminal. Bus was then waiting for us when we returned in the middle of the night. Both bus drivers were very friendly and assisted with bags.

Very professional. They wait when you are gathering your personal items to board. The staff assist you on and off with your bags. I really appreciate that. Some of your staff is very informative of the times to make reservations for future travel during peak holiday season.

Very convenient and easy to use

I was able to pre-purchase my spot online and pay for it ahead of time so I had no worries about paying later. Lost my phone on vacation but was able to still get out of parking lot with the attendant’s help instead of having to pay for it again. Very nice lady and would use services again.

David called me to resolve an issue I had on the day I check out at the parking lot. He was so very helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond it’s great when you have customer service like that. It’s hard these days to get someone that’s willing to listen to someone.

After a terrible travel day where we ended up having to drive 7 hrs from Newark to Cleveland, the Parking Spot attendant could not have been friendlier and more helpful. It was nice to have something go right.
