Location of shuttle was easy despite the chaos of construction around IAH. The return trip driver went out of his way to help us get our luggage into the car. It was very late and we'd been traveling international all day and with customs we were exhausted. It was much appreciated.

I like your reservation system and how it keeps track of our entry exit times, how safe my vehicle is, and how nice the staff are. I would recommend that you add a tipping service for your staff upon checkout. It is not an easy process to tip the drivers unless you have cash. If you implement us a check out, you don’t need to remember the name of the driver, but the tip would be applied to the drivers currently working at the time.
