We recommend The Parking Spot to our friends all the time. They are so friendly and efficient. One our last trip, my husband left his cell phone on the bus going to the airport. One of the ladies contacted us and they held it in the office for us .
Easy process
Usually bus to pick up are very prompt, but NOT this time. Stood waiting outside my car for over 20 minutes.
It was so easy to come in park, get the shuttle and get to the airport. It was just as easy coming back.

The process of parking at Spot was very easy. I appreciated the Bus Driver who picked me up in the pouring rain and took my luggage for me. When I returned home again, the driver dropped me right off at my car and again helped me with my luggage and put it in the car for me as I have back issues and I’m have to use a wheelchair at the airport and they were very, very helpful and extremely nice.
The van to take us to the airport, usually comes promptly both the parking lot and at the airport. Everyone is very helpful.

Efficient, quick, easy solution to the parking issues at the airport. Vehicle was secure. No concern about walking up to the vehicle in the late hours. Driver loaded and unloaded luggage per request. Costs were similar.
