Several things I liked:
- The QR code check in makes it easy and quick.
- When I parked the shuttle followed me to my spot, so I could board the shuttle quickly.
- After my return flight, the app allowed me to request the shuttle easily.
- In both leaving and returning, the drivers were friendly and helpful
Love the Parking Spot West. My husband left his phone in the car and the driver was very kind to quickly take us back to the retrieve the phone after dropping off the other passengers. Kudos to him! Quick Easy & Efficient!
However, the entrance off of Hwy 71East bound is very unsafe. We have almost had car accidents on both entering and exiting the Parking Spot West. Please advise to any possible improvements to this very unsafe entry & exit.

Price is right for the slight inconvenience of taking a shuttle off property. Both shuttle drivers were timely and helpful.
