PROMPT, COURTEOUS SERVICE AT A GOOD PRICE!
We recently took a trip out of town and as always I park at the Parking Spot. We had Great service from the lot to the terminal. When we came home the shuttle picked us up and did not offer any assistance to help us with loading or unloading our luggage into the shuttle we are not as young as we used to be 65/73 years old. I make it my mission to always make sure that I tip the driver’s for helping. I don’t know what the driver’s responsibilities are but we have historically always had better service. We are hoping our next trip will bring us a more quality experience. I have been a Spot Member for a long time.

very polite drivers . I had trouble this last time as my reservation was for rooftop, but I did not want to go way up there. I am 76 and still able to drive of course, but I must have mistakenly hit the wrong box when I made the reservation. the Onsite rep told me to just park uncovered and they took me to the airport.
Upon returning, the clerk at check out was ready to charge me $43 more dollars for not parking where I was supposed to. I'm not sure how that came about but it initially bothered me. I travel monthly and use Park n Fly almost all the time. she was a little stern about it, but in the end, did not bill me, so I will continue to use Park n Fly. Pleasant, efficient, and trustworthy. Thanks for what you do!

I like being able to reserve in advance, park in covered parking, enjoy a moment of rest while the friendly Parking Spot drive handles the confusing airport construction and gets me to the drop off closest to my TSA entry point and ultimately to my departure gate.
Upon my return I know I will be tired, and a Parking Spot van will pick me up, assisting with my luggage, and return me directly to my car, often loading my luggage in my car as well. They always deserve the nice tip I give them.
As I leave, I REALLY, REALLY like to super cold water available at the checkout, because I have realized how thirsty the plane made me. I appreciate the Parking Spot's TLC.
