I have been using the facility for over 40 years for my airport parking. The location is great and so far the change in ownership has been fine. I am concerned about the costs. On my most recent trip( Labor Day weekend) my cost was 60-70% higher than what I used to pay. I travel to Europe 4-5 times per year and due to your cost increases it is more cost effective for me to use Uber. Your people are great, but I do have this concern.

This was my first time to park in Parking Spot 2. I usually park in 1. I did so because the last few times I've had to wait for a bus from Parking Spot 1. So this time, having parked in PS2, a PS2 bus was already at the airport, loading passengers. PS2 is easier to park in as well. Thank you!

I like the ease of making the reservation online. I like the ease of entry by scanning QR code. I like the ease of parking with the aisle marked off where you need to park. I like the immediate pickup by the van. I like the ease of knowing where to wait for the van to get back to your car. I like the reminder card with the lane/spot where car is parked. I like the courtesy of the van drivers helping with luggage. I like the ease of paying when leaving. Overall everything is very well organized!

Very easy

We were promptly picked up from the parking lot and transported to the airport.

And then again the promptness of picking us up at the airport upon our return.

They helped load our suitcases onto the bus. The buses were very neat and clean.

Dependability! With flights being cramped, layovers and long lights with connections, the parking spot is a service I can depend on. The drivers are always friendly. We don’t wait long and we get water to drink on the way home. It’s almost like coming home to milk and cookies after a long day!
