I enjoy parking at the parking spot, and I typically go to the South location. It helps me feel that my car is secure and keeps me a bit worry free. It gives me the ability to beat the stress of airport parking and traffic. Signing up they reward you and as you book reservations your points build up to free parking days. You can't beat it!

It works for me

Location is easy to get to and park. Drivers are prompt and courteous. Also easy to find for pickup back to the car after my trip.

Usually quick pick up. The driver didn't give me a ticket this time when I dropped the car off - I thought maybe it was a new procedure. But the driver on my return was kind of gruff when I said I didn't have a ticket, and when I told him the space number (which I had noted) he seemed to not believe I was parked where I was actually parked or even on the right bus. I assured him I knew I was on the right bus and knew exactly where my car was.

The ease of parking and being transported to the airport and then back to our vehicle was amazing. I did not have to worry about navigating the airport traffic to or from. My vehicle was safe while we were out of town. It was such an easy process!

Customer service specifically with driver services always outstanding. The app needs improvement. My reservation got deleted on the app upon departure,and luckily I had my email containing the qr code to exit.

Please update software for this app or fix the errors related to maintaining the reservation data.

The Columbus location is very close to the airport. Shuttles are running continually. It is very helpful to know that I don't have to plan a lot of extra time to allow for the shuttle to get me to the airport.

The cost was affordable and reasonable, and the communication both verbally and electronically was excellent, and the shuttle was efficient and very clean.

Self parking so you don’t have to leave your keys with anyone And quick shuttles.

Easy and safe. Car wash included. Only concern was when waiting for the shuttle to get to the airport, as it is time sensitive, so a better availability would be appreciated
