I like the timely shuttles; the drivers are friendly and always helpful with the luggage. I feel like the parking lot is secure (although I know anything can happen anywhere). I like the gated, way out of the way parking lot. The stalls are clearly marked, and the card with your stall number is a good system. I always park there when I travel.

Everyone is always kind, and I will continue to use the parking spot.

I appreciate the many self-service aspects of The Parking Spot business model. By using the user-friendly app, I have the convenience of monitoring my account transactions in real time; beginning with making my reservation, through self-checkin and self-checkout, to accessing the final receipt. So easy! And there are many opportunities for cost-saving when enrolled as a member.
