Conveniently located, a short drive to the terminal. Plenty of parking spaces available. The shuttles run frequently and I have never had to wait long to get both to the airport and back to my car. Prices are competitive and I’ve always found an excellent deal with coupons or specials. Both covered and uncovered options are available.

Safety first! I love that I am picked up at my car, and dropped off at my car. The drivers are polite and help me with my bags. The number of vehicles available means I am rarely waiting long. I truly appreciate being able to park at TPS. Prices are going up and that might cause some issues for me so I hope you can keep them reasonable. My employer reimburses me for business trips but they won’t if the cost goes up too much and I will have to find alternatives.

I'm a frequent traveler for both business & pleasure, The Parking Spot simplifies all my parking "problems" without a problem.

In the years that I've been a customer, I've "cheated" on TPS once - my traveling cohort swore by the other guy. Needless to say when we were standing at the terminal for over 1/2 an hour for our ride back to his car...he became a convert.

That's not to say that unfortunate things can't happen anywhere, we all live in the world of ever changing chaos. TPS has done right by me anytime that I've needed assistance and in this current world that feels like "___ the customer, they'll be back anyway", TPS is not in that game.

Parking Spot JFK keeps enough shuttles in service so that waits for departure or return are minimal (less than 5 minutes at most). The service at the JFK location is much better than either of the Parking Spot Will Clayton locations. For my most recent parking experience for departure to the airport, the shuttle was already more than half full and the driver checked to see if anyone on board was in time crunch before going to pick up one more passenger. This is the first time I have seen a driver check with the passengers on board, but I thought it was very thoughtful.

I was upgraded automatically. That was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the transfer to the airport was seamless!
