Valet service is a breeze! Drive up, exit car, hand over keys, board the bus to the terminal. Upon return, open the app to signal you’ve got your bags, and catch the bus to the lot. Car is ready and waiting when the bus arrives. I’ve used this lot/service about 10-12 times over the last several years and it’s always been this way. Consistent and reliable service provided! Highly recommend!!

I prefer parking at The Parking Spot for security reasons. If you park in the airport parking garage, your car is unattended. At The Parking Spot, my car is registered in my name, and my date of return is documented. My car is secure, covered and monitored by employees and cameras. The cost is less than airport parking and I don't have to drive around the airport terminals. Just a note, if the driver helps you with your luggage, please tip them.

Everything! I like that my car is under cover, and it's so easy to reserve and prepay, so all I have to do is swipe my QR code when I enter and exit. The shuttle drivers are always timely and courteous - it just makes this one piece of traveling so easy and consistent, every time. Thank you!

We've used Parking Spot (lot 3) several times and each time has been a positive experience. You never wait long for shuttles going to and from the airport. This last time, I walked out the airport door, a shuttle was there, I hopped on and was to my car in five minutes. The shuttle pulled right up to my spot. It was fantastic. Drivers are always friendly. Highly recommend.
