The location is easy and convenient. Drivers are helpful and friendly. Reservations are quick and easy. Parking garage is clean. Water on your way out so no need to stop and exit is fast.
I use Parking Spot all the time. One thing I would like to point out is that when we have prepaid reservations, it's not convenient to alter the reservation for schedule changes.
In my case I had schedule changes BEFORE and AFTER my trip. It became necessary to leave one day later than planned, and a schedule change for my return flight required further payment on my pre-paid reservation.
I asked the attendant at the window, "Hello, I came in a full 24 hours later because I had a schedule change with my flight which required me to take a flight 24 hours later., so hopefully I can get a credit to pay for the additional $7,50 I owe for a later flight coming home, right?"
He said I would have to take it up with the front office. I'm doing that now.

The entire process from reservation to checking out was very easy and user friendly, and the shuttle service was top notch. I will continue to use The Parking Spot for my flights from PHL airport.
