Drivers and services personal was friendly and helpful and EZ access to the airport

drop off at my vehicle and covered parking

Helpful drivers. Convenient.

Y’all are quick and efficient - love the app! Love the smiles!

Pick up from car and airport was done in an acceptable time frame

It is easy to reserve a spot. I travel for business, and it is very easy to get a receipt that has all the required elements my employer needs for reimbursement. I'm elderly, and the driver always assists with my luggage, which I greatly appreciate.

Convenient location and affordable parking!!j Bus rides to and from the Airport are seamless!!!

Everything at the moment u get there they help you with ur stuff to get on the bus u get to the airport fast then the works are so friendly that’s a plus im came back pretty soon

You are close to St. Louis Lambert airport. Your shuttles are constantly running between the parking lot and the terminal. Your prices are good.

Efficient, on time, drivers are professional and helpful.

We love parking at the Parking Spot. It's location is perfect, the covered parking is great for protecting our vehicle from the elements and all the employees are friendly and efficient.

The company discount that I receive and the speed of pick up at the airport.

I like how easy it is to reserve a spot in advance, park, get picked up right at my car & then dropped off at the terminal. I don't have to worry about finding a spot to park at the airport and then walk a long way with my luggage to the terminal.
The return pickups are usually very quick & convenient as well.

Quick in and out - always ready with van to deliver to and from airport. Service/Employees are 💯 percent the best ever! We will never change!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Only thing it took us a while to get back to my car and when I called the phone would not ring. Other than that great experience.

Proximity to terminals.

It’s convenient, safe, you have excellent employees, affordable and fast, thank you. Mike Kennedy

Love the vans, the drivers, the convenience. Not sure if the policy has changed but sometimes I may need to change my reservation and I don’t think that’s possible.

Great services - great people!

Convenient and easy to use. We have been using park n fly for almost 20 years. Drivers are professional and very helpful.

Its so easy to book online. Parking is an ease and pickup to and from the terminal is great. The use the Parking Spot for my trips and having someone drive 5 hours round trip 2xs outways the time and cost.

Friendly staff, ease and convenience and timely bus pick up

Friendly Staff, shuttle will come directly to where you park and drop you off at your preferred airline. Very efficient and understanding when flights get delayed without extra charges!

Extremely easy to book, get there and the shuttles are very timely, no waiting at all. Will definitely use again

Great staff

Pick up the people are really nice that drive the buses and the fees although high are in line with pretty much everyone else. I like the locations and that I have multiple choices to park.

Everything was super smooth! The drivers were amazing. We did not have to wait at all and the car wash is a plus!
