Very convenient. The driver picks us up and drops us off right at our vehicle. The drivers are very friendly and helped with all our bags. They also made sure to get my elderly mother's walker out first and help me get her down the steps.

The bus driver back to my car from terminal c was amazing. He took great care of me and my wheelchair. This is beyond the service I normally get at Hobby Parking spot! A huge shout out the the amazing bus driver.
Hope y'all get a bus with a wheelchair ramp soon. That will make parking at the parking spot a lot easier as a wheelchair user.
