Quick pick up on shuttle to get to airport and back to parking lot. Drivers are generally friendly and helpful. QR code for tipping is very easy. Overall a fairly good value for the cost. My last experience was a bit challenging as there were no empty spaces to park in the row they told me to park in so I had to drive around a little longer than usual.

Great place to park when flying out of LAX. We've used other parking services in the past and the Parking Spot easily is the most reliable service with the most shuttles. Minimal wait time for a shuttle. We will definitely be using The Parking Spot for future trips!
