The space was easy to locate and the transportation to the terminal and back to the aprking lot was commendable. Our driver was very courteous.

I have been parking at the CLE Park n Fly/ Parking Spot since the city kicked us out of Riveredge. Terry Berlin set us up with employee parking, and i have been happy with the service I have received ever since. It would be nice to have a discounted monthly option for aircrew, but I’m not unhappy as it is. Also, Lindsey in the office at the gate should be given some special recognition. She is incredibly pleasant, very good at her job, and her genuine smile when leaving the lot is always a nice welcome home after a long trip.

This was the best parking experience ever!! They come right to you, load and unload your bags for you, and even offered a complimentary bottle of water as we were exiting/paying! I have already recommended to all of my coworkers!

This was an easy place to park my car. Reservation was easy, It is close to the airport, The shuttle followed me to my spot and promptly took me to the airport. The driver was helpful and friendly. I will def use The Parking Spot again. Also, their signage is easy to Spot, Hehe!

The wait for the shuttle was short, both to and from the airport. The drivers helped with the luggage and were professional. The spot where I was to park, was identified by the person at the front gate. Overall it was very seamless. We were dropped off at the terminal in less than 10 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience.
