Ease in making reservations. Efficient bus drivers. However, parking spots rather tight and when full size pickups park next to you it is difficult to get into your car.

The driver from the airport was very nice.
At pickup - we had a very comedic driver (from #1) who picked us up and entertained us all the way to the car. It made the whole experience better. We did have to wait awhile to be picked up at IAH and he almost made the wait worthwhile.

Covered parking throughout the lot and excellent customer service on the way out. The complimentary water from the booth attendant was a real treat given my 3 hr. drive home after picking up my car.

I would still recommend you to others; I gave you a score of 10 because of my my many positive past experiences. However, this most recent trip was not what I'm used to when utilizing Parking Spot 2's services. When I arrived at the STL location, I wasn't picked up for quite a while. I saw numerous buses come through without coming over to my aisle. I honked my horn, hoping to get someone's attention, but I didn't. I finally walked over to the center of the garage and someone picked me up. In addition, when I returned to STL, my flight had been delayed over and over and I landed at 3 AM. I had to wait for my bag and then wait for a bus. I tried to use the app to alert someone that I was waiting, however, no one arrived. I finally called and a bus made it to my pickup location. As I mentioned above, I have had extremely good service over MANY years and would highly recommend Parking Spot 2, however, I wanted to deliver this feedback so that you can use it to continue to provide excellent service.

The parking spot makes it convenient to enter, park and exit. The prices with the corporate discount are reasonable, and the shuttle drivers and staff are courteous and helpful. I appreciate the bottle of water on the way in and out as well!
