The driver was so helpful. I had not parked in Self Park before and he noticed me , had me follow him to a likely spot, picked me up, and lifted my suitcase. I was so grateful. On my return, another driver, explained how to leave the parking lot. Now I know and will feel relaxed next time and well educated thanks to these drivers.

The lot is in a great location. The driver service is always good. The drivers seem to be genuinely happy and friendly, always nice to come home to that.
Parking spaces are not to narrow. Like the bottled water when exiting. Bring back the USA Today newpaper when entering.
I use Parking Spot 2 all the time. Service is very reliable and it’s always the cheapest option around. I will say I wish the options which provided access to the international terminal did not always cost twice as much. I just end up taking the shuttle to the domestic terminal and then taking the train.

Parking Spot makes traveling less stressed, convenient and easy to get to the airport. For many years I have been completing these surveys and gave my suggestions with no feedback. The lines and parking space numbers NEED PAINTED!!!! How hard is that to do. You are making enough money to be doing normal maintenance on your facility. This easy repair would help the drivers and customers find their spot more quickly.
