I like to be picked up at my car, taken to the terminal, and then on my return trip be taken from the baggage claim to my car. This service is why I use the Parking Spot

For my last stay, I reserved non-covered parking for 4 nights. When I arrived, the attendant directed me to "W". I parked and realized I was in the covered parking area. I thought that was odd, but didnt move to uncovered. When I left, I was surprised with having to pay $102 for my stay when I had already paid $50.10 for my previous non-covered reservation. I wasn't happy about the forced upgrade.
Your staff picked me up at the scheduled time & were helpful with my luggage. The shuttles were waiting for me at the airport. Everything went smoothly & your staff was curtesy.
