It's very easy to just park get picked up directly at your parking spot and be dropped off at your gate. The staff and drivers are very professional

They have been good until our return home on June 6, We had to wait over a half hour for a west shuttle while we saw at least 3 South Shuttles pass by. This has not been the norm and will try again.
