Always go over and above to help. This is the first time I used the valet service as my wife has become unable to walk. I called to see if the vans were wheel chair accessible and was offered to valet service, what a great thing to help handicap travelers. I’ve always used to parking spot at love and dfw and after this last trip we will never use anyone else.

I am able to park in a covered lot out of rain and sun and snow. I get delivered to and picked up from the airport. Your parking rates are less expensive than the airports.

I generally like your service. Your service is the only service I have used outside of the airport parking. The last time I used your services 4/4/26 for a two day trip commencing at 2am I had a scare. When I scanned my QR code the kiosks response was the reservation has already been used. I had to use my credit card to get into the parking lot. That made me feel like I was paying twice. I was on a very tight budget already, because of unexpected financial surprises, an additional $42.00 charge would have been a hardship. That was disturbing. I am waiting on my credit card statement to confirm that I wasn't charged twice if I was charged twice I expect to be refunded the extra expense. I wouldn't be adverse to some form of consideration from you because of the inconvenience.
Generally speaking, you have a lot of vans running. I usually tell people there are two parking spot vans for everyone of the others.
