There are more shuttle buses coming around at pickup than any other company! And your drivers are nice and friendly too!

Bus usually picks you right where you park and drop off is the same, minimal walking. Buses also run frequently.

I believe more signage is necessary for the far parking lots. I arrived after 9 pm, and found it difficult to find the correct exit, as my spouse parked the car in the morning, so I wasn’t familiar with that area.

Everyone is super friendly and I never have to wait too long for a shuttle to the airport or from the airport.

I like the convenience of parking so close to the airport , I only started using this about 3/4 yrs ago for extended stays. I have never had any issues. I get a little discount through my employer BJC you have to know your company code .. But always picked up promptly this last time we had to call for shuttle service when we returned, but our flight was delayed in Minneapolis we were late also.. Highly reccommend the parking spot for any extended stay covered or uncovered , I have used both. Love it

We love that the van picks you up at your spot as soon as we arrive and can help with luggage. Drivers are always friendly. We never have to wait at the airport for a ride back to our car. And we really appreciated the free water bottle at checkout! Thank you!
