Convenient, efficient, and offered at several different price points. All the drivers we have encountered have been friendly, particularly welcome at extraordinarily early and late hours.
Scanning and payment instructions at screens could be a bit clearer and simpler, particularly when considering the driver has to reach out of the car.
Everyone was pleasant, I was able to leave my car quickly, the shuttles to and from the terminal was also quick and my car was waiting for me when I arrived back at the Parking Spot. Plus I was able to take advantage of a sale.

Reliable and safe. I have not had any issues with The Parking Spot. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because sometimes it feels like the other transportation lines run more shuttles than The Parking Spot, but other than that, I like this service.

It makes things so easy to plan to park and pay ahead so that when I arrive I’m directed to a row and by the time I park and exit my car the shuttle is waiting. I get dropped off close to the terminal and then when I return I go to the pick up area and reverse the process. I hand my ticket to the driver and then I’m taken to my car. No trying to remember where I parked, no long wait for a shuttle since they run frequently. It helps make my trip enjoyable.
The check in and locating a parking space went smoothly. The bus came along after a short wait which was great. We were out of the parking lot and headed to the airport in a timely manner. Good job!
On return it wasn't clear where the pickup location was for the bus which was confusing and frustrating. I called the office and they radioed the driver and he arrived after a few minutes. Fortunately we were at the right location but a ways from where the bus stopped which was a little problematic. The return to the lot and drop off went fine. The driver was helpful with the luggage. Overall a pretty good experience.
