All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Valet was super quick and our ride to the terminal was fast. Pickup was great, when we arrived at the valet, the car was waiting and exit was quick.

I absolutely love the people and their courteousness and professionalism. I would not consider parking anywhere else . this lot is clean, the buses to the airport arrive promptly. Bus drivers always help with baggage. All I can say is this is one well run company and the traveling public is the beneficiary of that!

The Shuttle was waiting for me to arrive at my parking spot! Helped get my bags unloaded from my car and onto the shuttle quickly! He must have sensed I was in a rush! Traffic was so bad that day it took me 4 hours to get to the parking facility from my home (normally 1hr 45 mins). Then when we returned from our trip and needed to get our car, the shuttle was already waiting and he helped load our bags onto the shuttle again! The Drivers to/from airport were friendly and helpful! Will definitely use again for future travel! Thank you for making my parking seamless!

Drivers are always friendly and help load and unload your bags from the shuttle. Parking Spot takes some of the stress of traveling away and helps get us where we need to go quickly.
