Had no problem finding a parking spot, nor did we have a long wait when getting picked up by the shuttle. The only thing I struggled with was knowing where the shuttle would be picking us up at the airport. There is very little signage. Luckily, I saw the parking spot 1 shuttle so knew it would be close by.
There is always a shuttle to our car within minutes of us coming or going to the airport.
Easy to reserve through the app, nice covered parking, efficient and frequent shuttle service and to top it off free water bottles when you check out.

Little disappointed that we had to pay for a day when we thought it was already done, but we apparently got pushed to another day. We dropped our vehicle off at 420am on 8/18 & picked up our vehicle at 1151pm on 8/21. To me that is only 3 days, but some how got charged for 4 days.
