Service was excellent. No wait times on arrival. Driver was courteous and professional. Helped all passengers with luggage. Better than parking in airport lots. Easy access off Balto Beltway.
Like the hotel pick up area at airport. Less congestion than the off airport parking loading area
Reliable. Consistent. Reasonably comfortable, eg. AC. Drivers always help with bags. I am 70 and not as easy as was. Drop off fine, but pick up could be better, eg. Put sign in shuttle for where to go after baggage claim. We always drag our stuff out after all day flights and would help if we knew better where to go instead of going to one place, then having to hike it down the line to the end. But sometimes it’s not so i never know really for sure. I tried reading fine print about door numbers and courtesy blue or just courtesy but couldn't keep it straight by the time we got out. Thanks!
Super close to the airport and short wait time for shuttle on the return

Pickup and drop off right at your car is so nice! I had a shuttle ready immediately after I parked on arrival and on return when I exited the airport.
I always park at the Parking Spot when I fly out of MSP. The driver is ready to pick me up before I even get out of my vehicle! When I return home, I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to take me back to my vehicle. I have referred many family and friends to the Parking Spot!
