Easy on and off

The Parking Spot is a convenient location at a fair price for airport parking. The staff is friendly and we feel very safe leaving our car. We always choose the covered valet parking and our car is ready and waiting when we get back. Drivers are great and service is quick.

Everything! Easy to book a reservation. Easy to get in and out. Buses are prompt and clean. All staff including drivers) are friendly and super helpful! And pricing seems reasonable.

We had the best driver. I didn’t get his name but her was muscular black man, very polite and accommodating. We encountered him around 7pm on 2-4-26. He deserves a raise!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! This was our first time flying and needing to use a parking service for more than just a quick event. Our truck was parked the day before an ice storm came in (a perfect time to be out of town!) and a few days later when we came back to pick up, there truck was already running and warm for us to get in and go! We will definitely use The Parking Spot in Nashville for all future trips!

I like how you pick me up and drop me off at my vehicle. I have had problems trying to pay when I leave after a stay. If I prepay that is okay, but you should fix you kiosk so that people do not have a problem leaving

People are friendly & helpful, getting in& out is easy. Pickup at the airport is good most times, the one time that the line was long you sent 3 more buses fairly quickly

Excellent service as usual. I've used The Parking Spot since 2006 as a USAirways and American Airlines employee. I've lived in Tampa FL and Charlotte, NC. The service at Pittsburgh is far superior to both cities. I always recommend this facility to my friends and family. Once they use it, I get the same feedback from them. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

So easy to get in and out. Fast pick up in the self park lot (even in the snow). Easy return at midnight too. Will definitely use The Spot again.

The customer service was amazing, from fast replies in emails to their employee presence in the lot. Actually the whole experience was easy, from reserving my spot, to parking, being picked up right at my vehicle, and dropped off at the airport.
