Guest Testimonials
We were very happy with our experience and your service this time.
The only concern I had was in the online reservation process. The final statement we received from you via email was very clear and I could see where the points discount and other discount (discount code provided on your site) were deducted, but at the time I reserved my spot, the receipt that came up was super confusing to me, in fact, I tried to contact someone because it didn't look like the discounts were correct because they were not itemized as they were on the final statement. I offer this comment just as a heads up to you - otherwise we have been very happy with the convenience and dependability of your service.
Drivers friendly and helpful
I have used the parking spot for years now and the online process seems more streamlined. Our driver gave us a business card with our self parking spot which was used upon our return, very efficient. See you soon!!
Ease of prebooking, great new covered parking, fantastic staff - and the ability to use our AAA discount.
Valet parking is super convenient and not too expensive. It makes traveling with an elderly mother feasible. The staff is kind and super helpful with loading and unloading luggage on arrival and departure.
Seamless transition to airport, good parking accommodations.
I enjoy parking at the parking spot. The only issue is that I have parked multiple times and have not once received a free day.
