It was very easy to navigate the parking and the shuttle picked me up right away. We were at the airport in less than ten minutes. On my return my flight was delayed by four hours so it was dark and rainy. I was the last person off of the shuttle. The driver helped me with my luggage to the car and waited while I started my car and backed out of the parking space. Very much appreciated!!

I had a concern. I booked my stay online and it gave me a rate total.
Not knowing I had to extend my stay an extra day so three days later, I went back and updated my profile, and unfortunately, it did not recognize the lower daily rate.
I’m glad I took screenshots. I presented those to the manager on site and he was so kind to reconfigure my total stay with my original daily rate stay he said that the system unfortunately recalculates and does not honor the original pricing, but he would definitely bring it up to Management to see what we can do to better the process online.
