I love the convenience of having being picked up at my car and then again being dropped off at my car much easier than parking at the airport and having long walks

Although we waited over 10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive, the shuttle dropped us off at our vehicle before others who were on the previous shuttle.
We appreciate the convenient location and the covered parking.

Convenient, fair price and easy to use

Pretty good rate but not lowest. MAAS was lower but online they showed full. Lowest rate was uncovered…told to go straight ahead to FF but not told I’d have to go through a barred rail across roadway. Confusing how to get through… pressed help. Thankfully a shuttle driver was there… rail went up and I drove more forward to see Finally, FF area. Thankfully shuttle driver was there for me…and solved problem in me realizing I didn’t have my cell phone in purse. He took me back to car… not there. Driver took me back to where I had to get out of my car to press HELP on screen… cell was on ground there. It had been on my lap. So, yes, I’ll check your price when looking for another parking need.

On time and very polite drivers

Everything was great! The only issue that we had was on arrival to drop off our car, early morning, there were NO LIGHTS on in the entire lot. So, it was very difficult to use the lot.
