Great staff. Love Parking a mile or two from the airport and jumping on a shuttle. It seems faster to me than trying to park at the airport. Never can find a space anyway. The staff is always helpful. My truck battery died the other day and they quickly had a jump for me and sent me on my way. Just a great service all the way around.

We appreciated the discounts for long term parking for a recent trip. We were at the East lot at St Louis. Always friendly, helpful employees. We had returned from a long flight with multiple delays on 11/20/25 - only to return to a car with a dead battery. Joseph was on duty and provided us with a battery jump to get us going. We so appreciated his calmness and kindness. He deserves some special recognition for going above and beyond.
