convenient parking no hassle... no waiting for bus coming and going!!
Convenient location. Somewhat timely pick-up compared to other service used.
Easy in and out- shuttle comes quickly.
The Parking Spot makes airport parking easy and stress-free. The attendant directs you to available spaces, so there's no wasted time searching for a spot. I appreciate the variety of parking options, reasonable prices, and rewards program that earns free parking days. Shuttle drivers are friendly, efficient, and get us to and from the airport quickly. The app is another great feature - it remembers where you parked, which is a lifesaver if you lose your ticket! And the complimentary bottled water on the way out is always appreciated. We're so glad we found The Parking Spot!
Easy after finding the right driveway. The discount parking help also. Had a medical emergency in Minnesota and couldn’t get back for eight extra days. So we were charged full price. So in all I went through in Minnesota to get back home was not pleasant. We have used your company before and will continue using it. Drivers are very nice and helpful.
Good service, drivers are all pleasant.
Reliable convenient friendly service! Thanks!
All the people i’ve come in contact with are great! Super helpful & courteous!!!
Location and efficiency
I have been using the Parking Spot for over 10 years! My children call it the cheetah bus, its how they realize we are going on vacation! I love the service and smiles they deliver.
It was very smooth getting in and out of your parking lot. The shuttle was amazing, never waited more than 3 mins
Convenient lots
Covered parking has always been available
Frequent shuttle pick up at terminals
Friendly, efficient and affordable.
Quick and fast and affordable.
Efficient transportation to the airport and back to parking spot. Secure covered parking for a reasonable price.
Super easy to use and located close the airport. Drop off is great as well.
Was fast easy and affordable. The shuttles picked us up and dropped us off right at our vehicle. The return shuttle driver even helped me retrieve my glasses that had fallen behind a seat on the shuttle. Would recommend.
Parking Spot 1 is close to the airport, covered, and secure. The shuttle comes quickly and the drivers are friendly and helpful.
Lots of parking, good shuttle services, respectful drivers, cleanliness, reasonably priced
I use this service often and I love the convenance. It really makes traveling seamless. Thank you
Parking Spot Lot 3 is my favorite of all those in the St. Louis area. It's convenient in location to the Lambert. Most of the shuttle drivers are polite, courteous and helpful. The last driver to transport me from the lot to the terminal was exceptional. He was probably the best yet! The cost to park here is reasonable, especially in today's economy. When there are promotions the price is good. I will continue to use the Parking Spot with my preferred lot being #3. Not only would I recommend, I have and still recommend the Parking Spot.
Convenient and friendly
On the morning of August 20, 2026 at about 9:30AM, we parked at the Orlando location in space E789. Unfortunately, I don't recall the driver's name. Halfway to the airport, I noticed that I had left my briefcase in the car. I mentioned it to the driver, who, after dropping off the other passengers radioed the dispatcher and took my wife and I directly back to our car without stopping to pick up new passengers. This attention to customer needs made him a star in my book. Another reason we choose Parking Spot.
Drivers were very efficient.
parking is easy. attendant and van driver so friendly, helpful, and efficient. they are right there. no waiting. easy access to airport. excellent service.
The staff is friendly and the service runs frequently through out the day
Quick drop off and pick up.
I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes to be shuttle either way, coming or going far as long as I have been using Spot's services!
Quick, easy and affordable.
I've used the Valet parking at McClellan several times now. The people are very helpful. I didn't feel rushed. They were calm, helpful, and anticipated my needs by moving my luggage and pointing me to the next step.
