Because of construction I found myself lost and unable to find the road to the entrance. I called and the gentleman who answered stayed with me, guided me to the correct turn (in between traffic cones) and then met me at the gate. My driver was helpful and friendly both times. Upon exit the gate keeper was kind and friendly. A GREAT experience in customer service all around.

Prompt pick up at individual parking spot with directions as to where there is an available opening to park your car. Placing luggage into and off van. Is invaluable.
The Parking Spot is convenient and door to door. I am picked up at my car and dropped off at my terminal. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I do wish they would all use their scan codes for tipping. I don't usually carry cash.

The Parking Spot is in close proximity to the airport and with efficient service to and from the airport it’s a natural to park here and save money as well.
