Convenience. Friendly drivers.
Readily available, friendly drivers, great service. Busses come every 15 minutes or so, and we needn't wait too long.
It's safe, gated, camera's, and picked up at your car plus personable and courteous drivers.
The location of the parking lot along with the ease and convenience of taking the shuttle, that runs pretty fast, to the airport. Would definitely use again!
Convenient, dependable and safe
Location is good price is average
Parking Spot was very conveniently located across from the Buffalo Airport, parking was easy and as inexpensive as long-term parking. The shuttle picked us up and got us to the airport in about ten minutes.
When we returned two weeks later, we contacted Parking Spot through the app (you can also call them) and a shuttle came by within a few minutes.
I've used them previously, and I'll continue to use them whenever I fly out of Buffalo.
The shuttle was easy and we barely had to wait for it. Being dropped off right at our car was very useful. Overall, great experience!
