He was willing to load and unload luggage on and off the shuttle and even helped put it in the trunk of the vehicle. His customer service deserves to be recognized and in today’s society I truly value doing business with places where employees treat their customers with such dignity and respect. I wish I could ride with David every time I’m at Parking Spot 3! He’s the BEST driver EVER!!!

The service is excellent!! From the time you drive into the parking lot, get picked up and dropped off at the terminal. The driver helps you load and unload your bags, gives you the card for the exact location if your car, is pleasant to work with. You are dropped off exactly where your airline is located, couldn't ask for better service.
