The associates were rude upon entering the facility early in the morning. The shuttle driver did not write down my parking space number on one of the yellow cards. In addition the attendant at the gate when I was checking in was of zero help.

We did not realize we needed bar code to exit. Threw out ones given to us by shuttle driver.
The duo at the exit gate enabled other customers to exit, told us where to wait & then found our reservation on their computer.
After 19 hours of travel their calm, assurance & expediting our exit was very appreciated.
