Professional staff
Arriving and getting to our parking spot was very easy. Check in was great and staff was friendly. The shuttle driver took us from our car to the airport and was very nice. The gentleman driving the shuttle back to our car after arriving back to the airport was short and rather moody. Even though we knew exactly where our car was, he wanted to lecture us about not keeping our ticket. Also, told him thank you and have a good day at the end and he didn’t respond and drove off. We were offered waters upon leaving which was nice! Overall, great first time experience as we don’t fly often.

The drivers are friendly and courteous. I’ve been using the Parking Spot for a few years and have always had great, friendly, timely service.
Shuttle drivers were super kind and helpful. It's relatively convenient if you are traveling out of Terminal 2.This was our first time parking in the East lot. It was super confusing as we entered. We had to insert our credit card multiple times and never received a ticket or receipt. It didn't appear there were details posted on how to proceed. It happened when we left as well. So far I've only seen one charge, which makes sense. It was just very confusing in the moment.
Drivers are always friendly, normally very little wait time for a shuttle, covered parking (especially in winter months), free water at checkout since I'm always so thirsty from traveling all day.

Easy to use. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning into Philly recently with all the government shut downs and were unsure if there would be any one to pick us up - wrong. They were right there at 230 in the morning. I've used this service a half dozen times, it has always been a good experience.
