parking your car, quick trip to terminal. Never had to wait more few minutes to be picked up and the new QR code system to get in and out is great.

I like that the cats are safe and that the transport vans take you right to your car. As an older woman I appreciate that service. The van drivers are always polite.

It's always easy and convenient to book and get in and get out. I wish the shuttles ran a hair more often so that's the only reason you don't get a 10. It's not enough to be frustrating, but it would be nice.

The convenience of valet parking was great - I will definitely use the service again.

Great location that is easy to get to without fighting the "city traffic". Prompt service and efficient pick-up. Employees are always very friendly! All around safe environment.

Derrick the driver helped me with finding a better parking spot due to my vehicle being larger. He was super helpful and saw that I could use a better spot and he had already scouted one out for me. He was super friendly and very congenial to all passengers.

The pickup and drop-off experience has been consistently excellent. I was especially impressed with the young woman who picked us up at 2:00 AM from the terminal for Parking Spot 1. She showed genuine compassion for a family with a small child who was not prepared for the 42°F temperature.

Even though she was scheduled for Parking Spot 2, she chose to help—demonstrating empathy and great judgment. That moment stood out.

I will continue to use The Parking Spot because you clearly empower your drivers to do what’s best for customers. I’m also impressed by the availability of drivers, even in the early morning hours.
