Everything was pretty smooth. The only negative I would have to give you is waiting to be picked up at the airport. There’s not very many south buses. There was so many North buses and very few south buses and once we finally found one, it was full and couldn’t pick us up. And there was other people standing around us, waiting for the south bus, saying the same thing.

However i did have one major issue - I made a reservation in error for the following day, the same day as my return trip. And I could not get anyone to help me apply my negotiated rate and had to pay the full published price. I was very frustrated with the lack of on site support.
