Great pick up service reasonable rates if booking ahead what’s not to like

The ease of getting to it and the shuttle.

I like how easy it is to park and go. IAH is too big of an airport to mess around with parking especially with my small children. I did notice the free car wash on the way out. That’s super nice. We didn’t use it this time but in the future when we’re not just exhausted from flying all day we will for sure use it.

Best service ever while traveling. When I am taking a flight I know that parking is one thing I do not have to worry about. I have never had to wait for a shuttle for more the 5 min. Most of the time even less. Your drivers are genuinely helpful. As a member of the Spot club the prices are reasonable and with the early booking discounts, very reasonable. I can understand why your lots are full. Not TOO full there is always room for a late reservation.

Close to airport. Frequent specials. Regular pickups and drop offs without extensive wait times or even calling anyone. Shuttles rattle like crazy, but the roads are bad so what can you do! Not your fault.

Drivers are always friendly and accommodating. They are your assets!

Really never had an issue until this past December 26th. We arrived at 4:25 am and a bunch of patrons in Row A waited for 50 minutes until a bus picked us up. The driver stated that they were only expecting 30 reservations,but 60 showed up. Fortunately, we made our flight. That was the only time we have had an issue with The Parking Spot

Your drivers are almost always prompt, courteous, and friendly.

I love having the shuttle meet me at my parking space and that most drivers (not all) will help load and unload my luggage.

The location is convenient and secure…the shuttles arrive in a timely fashion and the drivers are very friendly! As a solo traveler, I feel it’s worth the price to pay to know I have a vehicle to get me home whatever time my flight comes in.
