The Parking Spot is very convenient, easy to access, sending a timely QR code to mobile phone to scan for entry well in advance as well as the day of entry, courteous, with excellent shuttle service for drop off and pick up using their mobile phone app.

After getting dropped at my car I found it very difficult to find the exit. You need more exit signs and arrows to take the guess work out of leaving the lot.
Promp service…..I wasn’t out of my car yet when the shuttle pulled up…..I was greeted with warm good morning! The staff has always been welcoming.

Easy to get to and close to tetminal
Very convenient between my location and airport. All staff were professional and friendly. With so many issues at the airport during the shutdown, the parking spot crew were there several hours after our scheduled flight arrival and luggage hold up insuring that their clients could finally get to their vehicles safely. Their crew went above and beyond, handled our luggage and took each individual straight to their personal vehicle.
With hours of waiting and walking in the airport this was such a relief.
