Convenience! Especially with the construction, it is the best way to park.
Typically quick turnaround from terminal to car park, Terminal 2 is expectedly slower when we've done it late at night but outside of waiting a few minutes when I'm feeling impatient every couple of trips I couldn't be happier. We'll certainly continue to use the service.

we had to wait quite a while this last trip home on July 19th, but can't wait until construction is done it will be nice, so bad solar panels aren't being used, but I get it with the hail we get...ugh

I like that I can see the spotted bus from far away. The driver was friendly enough and definitely wanted to help with my bags. I would like more visible signs to tip online bc I didn’t see it on the first bus so I overtipped on the second bus bc I felt awful. I always forget to get cash!
Easy to plan, and the people are awesome.
I appreciate that the driver helped load and offload bags and waited till I was safely in my vehicle on a late flight. After a long day of travel it was nice to know that I had that little bit of support.

The shuttle was quick and so was retrieving the car.
We arrived, parked and had a short wait for the shuttle bus. There were 5 families going to all 5 terminals. We were stop number 4.
Returning was much better as we were the last stop before returning to our car.
Both drivers were very courteous and professional.

We always use Park&Fly when we travel! They are dependable, fast, and close to the airport. The drivers are always friendly & helpful. The shuttles are frequent- you never wait typically; but they do give you a card with a number to call when you arrive. I’ve never had to call, because they’re always there! We usually choose covered parking; (hail in summer, snow in winter) but there is plenty of uncovered parking too. They also email you coupons & discounts; which is great. The App makes entering & exiting easy. The App is easy to use. We are very happy with Park & Fly.

Excellent parking structure, prompt and friendly transportation to and from MSP Airport, and reasonable parking fees! We only use Park-N-Fly, in the Parking Spot for our parking and airport transportation needs!
