My flight got delayed so just had to extend my stay at the parking spot. The process on the app is so easy! Furthermore, my flight got delayed twice, so I was a bit worried, but when you extend the parking for a day, it's a full day, so it was nice to know that I had that covered as well.
So happy we found The Parking Spot in Orlando near the airport. We use it every time we travel. It is very reasonable. We usually get a covered parking spot. The shuttle always picks us up right at the car & brings us to the appropriate terminal in a timely manner. Same with getting picked up at the terminal when we arrive back to Orlando. Their app is very helpful for reservations and also for tracking their shuttle coming to the terminal. Their staff are always very professional and friendly and helpful. Even arriving home late to any of the terminals at Orlando is not a problem. The shuttle comes. Definitely will continue using this service.

Very convenient and close to the airport! We always park in self park and a bus follows us right in and picks us up right at our parking location. The time we park our car and get to the airport takes between 7-10 min. The parking spot offers great deals and prices as well. It’s the only place we park for our trips.

I like that I can arrange for parking ahead of time and use my AAA discount. I also know exactly how much my parking will cost after the discounts. So convenient for the shuttle to take us to the airport and pick us up.
It lessened the stress of the airport by knowing I am parking in a safe covered spot and have someone waiting for me when I get back. The staff was very helpful, even early in the morning. I lost the parking spot tag in my travels, but the very helpful, patient driver helped me find my car. Even though I worried about that all the way home, the company treated the problem with kindness and helpfulness.
I like everything about the service. The prices are reasonable, it’s very close to the airport, and the shuttles are many and very active. I’ve never had to wait long for a shuttle.
