The app is easy to use. The price is good. The shuttle always shows up soon after I park. The shuttle always arrives soon after I get to the curb at the terminal. Drivers are always friendly and helpful.
The overall convenience, the staff is always wonderful and the fees are very affordable.

The shuttle driver that picked me up at the airport on the return of my most recent trip was AWESOME. Best service ever! I often travel with sports equipment so the pickup and drop off at my car is priceless! I have recommended The Parking Spot to many friends and will continue to do so.

Very efficient and always there to pick us up
Convenient, reasonable cost and nice drivers. Drop-off and Pick-up is quick.
Conveinence; fast. The only concern I have is that the scanning of our cards at the gate, took quite a while for them to work. Not just me but the car in front of me as well. And we tried both gates/scanners. Since that was time-consuming, I felt I should say something because they may need to get fixed.

The staff/ drivers were very nice and helpful. Shuttle and parking lot was clean. They ran like clock work. I walked out of the terminal, and the shuttle was pulling up. Would definitely use again. Made the transition to/from the airport seamless.
