This is our 3rd time parking here and have always received great service. This time was different. We flew in Sun. Oct. 5 from Italy. Before we flew out 2 weeks ago we left my husbands laptop at Phila. airport. We had to go to terminal C, American Airlines luggage area to retrieve it. We flew into terminal A and had to get to Terminal C. We contacted the Parking Spot and asked the woman if the driver could stop at terminal C which he did. We thought it was only going to take a few minutes to run in and pickup his laptop. Unfortunately, could not wait for my husband because our bus was full. I kept trying to call him to take the next bus but he still had the SIM card from Italy in his phone so got no messages. My driver was so kind and empathetic . He kept me on the bus til last drop off, unloaded all of our luggage to the car, and was in contact the the other Parking Spot drivers to make sure someone picked up my husband. He also offered me water and made sure I had the car keys. Unfortunately, I did not get his name but he must be your best employee. We also thank the kind woman that organized things from the office at Parking Spot North. We will always use The Parking Spot!!! Peggy
