Almost everything! I love how I can make my reservation online, I seem to get the biggest discount from being a member and it was easy on my last trip to extend another week without any problems. Drivers are terrific. They pick you up at your car to help you with the baggage at the end of my trip. I grab a nice cold bottle of water as I check out of the tool tollbooth.
I have always use the West lot at BWI and I hope that if I need to go to Philly, I will experience the same service.
And also the feeling of safety – it’s very very important to me!
