Drivers both coming and going very professional. Had to wait about 10 minutes after departure for transit .. which is not bad even though it was cold heater help.
I earn free parking with each stay. The shuttle service to/from the terminal is generally efficient. The prepay option allows me to better budget each trip.

One notable piece of feed back. When I was parting from the parking location on Tuesday, just after the large snowfall, I had my favorite hat on my lap when I had stepped out of my vehicle to scan my code to exit the lot. At the time I did not realize I had dropped my hat on the ground...it was dark out in the evening and a very long trip. I realized when I was mostly home that I had dropped it. I called the number for the parking spot west and spoke to Racquel and explained what happened. She braved the temperatures in the teens and winds to search for my hat, which she ended up finding. She put it in a secure spot with a note on it with my name for my pick up, which I was able to do four days later. I really appreciate her taking the extra effort to find my hat, as it has sentimental value associated with it. Please recognize her for going the extra mile for the customer. I did drop a thank you card for her when I picked it up. Thank you Racquel! 🙂
