Reliable service
I’m able to drive park my car. The van comes to my car and the driver loads my luggage onto the bus and we make it midway with ease. When I come back I don’t have to wait long for a van to take me back to my car. I always use this service. Thanks for your service.
How easy and convenient it is to get a bus to get to parking and get to our spot.
The buses don't seem to make you wait more then 10 - 15 mins and its easy to find outside the baggage claim.
The drivers are always willing to get your luggage and take you directly to your car.

Easy peasy! I have a bad foot so I liked the fact that I was picked up and dropped off right at my car. Drivers were helpful and friendly.
This was very organized and got me out of my car and onto the shuttle in record time. The drop off process was quick and easy. However, the return was not the case, but that was no fault of the Parking Spot but of the Nashville airport. As a handicapped person, I don't know what I would have done if the BNA staff member hadn't pushed me to the place where I would meet the Parking Spot shuttle to return to pick up my vehicle. That's insane. I may make a flight in February and I'm already thinking about the possibly freezing cold wait in an open parking garage for the shuttle. The shuttle arrived very quickly and I could watch its progress on the app, but BNA needs to fix that area to meet the shuttles. Maybe the Parking Spot could advocate for us, especially the handicapped. I don't know how someone traveling alone, in a wheel chair, trying to wrangle their bags would make it. And if you're on a budget without extra cash for tips!!! Crazy.
Location & ease!
I like that I picked up quickly when I land back in Kansas City. They also like using the covered parking so that I don’t have to be outside in the elements.

Easy on line reservation process. Ride to airport was there immediately. Ride back to Parking Spot was also done in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use the Parking Spot again.
