I love how convenient the location is and how quickly shuttle buses come to your car and at pick up at the airport. The bus drives are always so friendly and helpful I used to park in the airport parking lots and would wait a long time for buses to pick me up when I returned. The water bottles at exit are a nice touch.

I will always return to the Parking Spot, but one thing irritated me this time. Our flight arrived at 12:30 am. When using the app to see where the shuttles were it said that I arrived after hours and needed to call to get a shuttle. I called, didn't get a real person, just several phone options, none of which was to arrange shuttle pick up. That was a bit irking.
Very pleasant and easy to use, sent extra buses to accommodate the tons of people who were waiting.
