I always use this service whenever I travel, however, I do not travel very much; once or twice a year. Parking in a s secure location from the time I leave until the time a return at a reasonable price is exactly what I need. I don't have to worry about finding friends and relatives that would drop me off at the airport or pick me up. I am a little concerned about safety using the local individual car services, so this is the best of both worlds; using the Parking Spot, get dropped and picked up is terrific! The staff are professional and helpful and courteous. Can't ask for more!

The hard part is using the APP to plan the trip. It needs work...very difficult to use.
