I absolutely love using the Parking Spot! They make it so easy picking me up immediately at my car, helping with suitcases & giving me a card with my parking location on it. The return is just as easy. No running for a bus, standing in the rain or forgetting where your car is parked. Drivers are always very pleasant and helpful.

It is convenient and secure.

Great service. Nice Car Wash.

I have been using your service for many years out of CMH now. I have always enjoyed being close to the airport, the pricing, and top-notch service. Recently, especially this time, I have noticed that we had to wait longer than usual for shuttle pickup. Upon returning this trip, we stood at the airport pickup for 25 minutes which seemed excessive compared to past times. Hopefully this isn't a trend because we really enjoy everything about the Parking Spot, promptness of shuttle being one of the leading advantages in the past.

The lot is pretty easy to get to and the shuttle is pretty prompt.

The easy park and van ride to the airport always on hand.
Last week I was surprised at the closure of the free car was disappointed it does make this location a step above.
I hope it will till be available
