Easy in and out with my vehicle. Really like the door to door service between the Parking Spot drop off and the airport as well as the reverse.
The app is easy to book a reservation and I think the best feature is how simple it is as I am walking through terminal on way out to request my car in the app and when I get dropped off - my car is there waiting for me to just jump in and drive away.
I've also had very friendly and helpful staff whether its the person taking my info down as i drop my car off at valet, the person at the desk confirming my ticket/reservation or the shuttle driver. I cannot say I have ever had a bad experience - and I have used Parking Spot many many times.

Drivers both to my flight and from my flight were amazing!
Front to back, it’s the best way to park. The drivers are always nice, they pick you up and drop you off at your car. I never have to worry about whether or not there will be parking available.
It’s the best and the East location is my preference.

Overall excellent service. The lot attendants and shuttle bus drivers are pleasant and professional, frequently handling the luggage without being asked. Shuttles to and from the terminal are readily available. Would recommend to friends.
