The parking spot is leaps and bounds above other airport parking options. I have tried others.The shuttles are not as reliable and I worry about missing a flight. At the parking spot the rate is fair, I know my car is safe and know I will get to the airport on time. When returning home after travel, it's never fun to wait.And with the parking spot, there's so many shuttles I never have to wait long which is very important to ease the stress when traveling.

I have used the parking in the past and continue to do so because of the service and location. I like to leave my car in a covered spot. I also like to makes a reservation. The shuttle service is superb. The driver when we departed made an error on the parking ticket writing a numbered space that really didn't exist. The driver when we came back worked with us to find the car which took several tries but got us right to the car. He was very patient and we were quite tired from a long day flying in internationally. We truly appreciated the service and will continue to use the Parking spot in the future.

1. With the AAA discount I received, the cost of covered parking at the Parking Spot was comparable to the cost of uncovered parking in the economy lot at the airport.
2. The shuttle bus picked up our party right away (both directions)--there was no waiting at all.
