The entire process from making the reservation to arrival, transport to and from airport, and. Return and exit is seamless. The drivers and staff are very kind and courteous. It’s the only way to go.
Shuttle back to vehicles could be more organized as we always seem to have people just walk up when we were waiting and hop on. The staff is great. I was having an issue with my payment and the young lady took my phone to scan in the booth. She got it to work and off I went without my phone. When I returned for the phone the gentleman said she was running after me in the cold. I really appreciated that. We were also offered water. It was great. I wish I knew the name of you young lady but thank you again!!
